VPN and dynamic ip

I got a adsl connection with pppoe, and would like to try vpn with 2000 server or advanced server. I have a dynamic ip adress, and that would make a vpn connection difficult. I can not make a domain, because of some restrictions from the isp. (they do not deny the use of servers though).

Will it work if I use dns2go? and then use xxxxxx.dns2go.com in the vpn logon window?
 
Anyway that you can point to your machine will work... Either by knowing what your IP is at the time or something like that, which dynamically updates your IP address to a host name.
