VP6 won't boot from IDE RAID

I have 2 x 60gigs running Raid-0 on a VP6. There was an error in win2000 and I had to reset. Now it won't boot from the IDE Raid. I tried reinstalling win2000 and still no go. It just hangs after the "Verifying DMI pool data." All the bios setting are correct....I dont know what to do. Maybe it could be a bad motherboard?Please help....! Thanks
