You know what *ISN'T* murder? A miscarriage. Any medical removal of a fetus that was not viable. And this asshole is further digging a dagger into a grieving woman by making it mandatory that she holds a funeral for it.

We are required to pay for funerary/cremation services for adults. There are specific laws on the handling and disposal of human remains.

Abortions and miscarriages were handled under medical waste as a result of surgical procedures. That is what they proposed changing. Sending the pea sized fetus from abortion/miscarriage to a funeral home and either having it buried or cremated in the same manner.
