I was just about to post this. Its expected to go through, which is good. Unfortunately their plan to keep parts of the west back forever is not.

Pulling out of Gaza is good.

Puts pressure on the PLO to prove that they can walk the walk.

Howver, some will say that because the West Bank is not being returned, the PLO does not have to put up.

Thier can be no negotiations with the Palestinians. They are a deeply flawed culture that loves violence, terror, and death. They hate Jews always have always will and should be removed from Israel, all of Israel. If it weren't for the whining UN and the bleeding hearts around the world this could have been taken care of long ago.

Typical liberal response. Weakness, more handouts, and a willingness to ignore the evil that is embodied by these terrorists and Arik Sharons willingness to concede to them.

At least thier are some good men willing to man the ramparts of the west against the worldwide assault of these evil doers. Israel is our 1st line of defense and this is a step in the wrong direction.

They say this will bring peace. Nonsense. This will only embolden the enemy.
 
I would suspect that even if the Palestinians were allowed to create a new autonimous state composed of the West Bank and Gaza, Hamas et al would continue their terrorism unabated. Hatred and terror are all that they know, all that they are.
