I agree with you about the two-hands (it really seems to add something to the "bringing us together" slogan). I really like them and have given a great deal of thought to putting them in the chalkboard but I'm afraid it will look a little cluttered...I may do it anyway 😉

....someone earlier said that it looks like kids playing rock, paper, scissors.

I liked #11, but felt that the colors were too FedEx-ish, so I went back to the first one I liked, #2. Pretty nice.
 
I voted for 11, and I really think it's important for a logo to be as clean as possible. 11 (and the following logos, 12, 13) are all pretty simple, and you'll grap attention without distracting customers / visitors. The blackboard design, while very creative and appropriate, is very difficult to implement on both webpage and business cards. It is also very distracting, and doesn't convey a whole lot more information than 11 does.
 
Voted for nr1. the "bringing us together" is just too mushy mushy mushy
Tiny modification on that one though, remove the url at the bottom, move the class and boards words closer and add a small .com after the second word

10, 11 and 14 are also realy good but they have that bringing us together text :/

I actually have a version of the guy on the right side of the chalkboard (where he should be 😉 ) but it was completed after I posted the poll.
