The right has spent so much time castigating intelligence and education that half of them have probably never even heard the expression "living well is the best revenge".
The Republican party decided that what the United States of America needed for President after one of their turds nearly destroyed the nation was to go our and find another of his ilk and we watched some of the greatest turds on the planet vie for that position. Well, lo and behold, the greatest turd among the greatest of turds, Mitt Romney, won and he's been trying to disavow the pig shit he covered himself in to win that race now to win another. So my vote to thwart the brain dead that will vote for such an unprincipled shit like Romney, if he is successfully prevented from sliming our great country, will feel like sweet revenge to me.

Both of you are military people who have served the Nation. Seems to me that no matter who wins each of you will still know your own personal worth for what you have done. You can't take from a man what he has truly earned and compared to who wins, etc, self worth is above all things.

I hope you watched the link I gave you. What you call stupid and ignorant is stupid and ignorant on one level, but I believe they are not the product of stupidity and ignorance, but a need to defend the ego, that they are rationalizations and the stupider and more ignorant they seem, the greater the intelligence that produces them. I have nothing against your opinion they are stupid except that it sets you on a course that I believe will lead no where. I believe that the job of folk who want to foster reason should be to find a way to reach people who are unable to reason, not because they are stupid, but because they are afraid, that they have identified with some external like a political party in order to generate self respect that was taken from them as children. And I suggest also, that the reason nobody, very few people, are willing to look into this is because a lack of real self love is practically universal. I believe this is something that folk, you quite probably, don't know, don't want to know, and don't want to know they don't want to know. The pain we have experienced and the damage to our real selves, is far far greater than you can possibly believe. You, with all your intelligence and faculty for rational thinking, may be as impervious to the truth I say here as the fools you try to convince with reason, and the reason for that is that the truth has nothing to do with what you can learn from reason alone.
To know that I know you would have to feel what you feel. That is an unbelievable difficult thing to do. The price is everything you believe.
But don't worry. I am very used to folk not being able to credit a word of this. He who tastes knows and that's it.
