Mine's better because,
I actually have case fans, a heatsink fan (which some don't), I have the fastest hard drive, and I have 2 of them, and I have an overclocking board which matches the Black Edition processor all of these builds were centered around.

how does the contest work? You just build a system using components on newegg @ the price for that day?

Was the psu part of a combo buy? 75 seems a little high for that psu. I've read that case can be a little tight if you have an aftermarket cooler. Does that one actually fit in?

I'm actually really curious. I've actually been pricing parts for a couple of weeks now. I might wait until black friday though.

Yes. But, future contests will not allow combos.

Yes, the PSU was part of a combo. That's the only reason I chose it over corsair.

Though almost everyone picked meh coolers, meh ram, mediocre cases and too much PSU.

The Rules dictated the build be centered on That CPU, that's why everyone has the exact same CPU.

Mine has RAID 0 and an OC board. 🙂 He has an 870 with a slower (even single) drive.
