Shipping is like $15-20.

It says Voodoo 5 3000 http://www.cbwnet.com/vcards.shtml#3dfx which I don't think exists. So either their charging way too much for a Voodoo 3 3000 or this is a very hot deal. Reading the description it does say Voodoo 5 5500 though and mentions the vsa 100 chip so this must be the voodoo 5!

Shipping for me was like $17 dollars.

It doesn't say anything about a V3 and they have the V3 3000 listed below this one, I think.

I just looked again right now and they have all of the V3 models listed below it for less than $165. V3 3500 is $149.

The lowest price I could see for a V5 5500 at pricewatch was $259 and at ibuyer.net it was $269.

I just ordered 1 too. A thought just crossed my mind to go order 1 from Buy.com and then price match it first thing in the morning. They do not include the shipping cost in the price match so you may get it for $165 total from Buy.com. If the 165 is a mistake I would be screwed. This card is listed at buy.com for 299.99.
