Voodoo 3 o/c program

I need a program that I can use to overclock my voodoo 3000 in windows XP. I've found a tweak guide but since it was made, all of the download URLs have died. Anyone have one they've used in windows xp, or have one they would recommend?

powerstrip works great in xp... you can adjust on the fly... my v3 2000 runs great at 175mhz...
