VooDoo 3 3000 XP Drivers

What are the bes VD3 3k Drivers for XP? I can't get OpenGL to work in games and full screen won't go on in Deus Ex. I tried WickedGL but it isn't XP compatible last time I checked. Plus it cost now anyways.
