Voodoo 3 2000 HELP!

I am having problems with my Voodoo 3 2000. The left side of my monitor flickers. I have no idea why. I tried changing monitors, but it still flickers on the left side. It's not so bad that I can't see what I'm doing on that side, but it's bad enough to be annoying. I am using the latest drivers for the V3 2000 version 4.12.01.0666 and 3dfx tools version 2.6.2.116. I have windows 98 SE, amd duron 700, msi k7t pro2-a. My monitor is a PROVIEW PRO720. Please help me! Thanks ahead of time.

Here's the absolute latest drivers from 3DFX...it's their "going out of business" drivers...so, you might as well try them.

3dfx Voodoo3 Final Driver Release

Also, power down, unplug the thing, pull the 3dfx card out, and reseat it in the slot. Powerup and try it again.
