First off, don't trust any software for monitoring voltages including your BIOS. You need to use a digital multimeter. Check this site. Once you check them, you'll know if you have an issue. Hope this helps...

I second that, the readings are most likely false...... I don't think there is much of a chance of the system running on those readings.

I would venture to guess that there isn't one accurate reading in that screenshot except for the fan reading.
