I've got mine running at 2.5ghz with vcore at 1.4. At what point did you guys have to increase the voltage to get a stable system? I increased mine based on anandtech's x2 3800 overclocking guide they put out a few months ago.

Well, I got my X2 3800 at 2.8ghz with 1.6 vcore (prime stable), but I wasn't sure if it was ok to have the vcore that high. So I lowered my speed to 2750 at 1.52 vcore and now it runs at 46C max load. When I had the CPU speed at 2.8ghz my highest temp was at 56C.

I'd say up to 1.5 on air, 1.55-1.6 on good water. Load Temps in both cases should be below 55C, better below 50C (fully heated up).

see sig, even with 1.55V I couldn't get it stable @ 2.7Ghz so I decided just to let it rest at 2.6.

see sig for mine. It's not stable at any higher speeds at that voltage, and I really haven't tried upping the voltage.

1.4v 2600MHz. With my x2, there's basically a brickwall at 2.6. Needs like 1.55 just to get to 2.7, and the temps aren't worth it. I run 2.6 1.4vcore 48C load 24/7 running F@H.
