shouldn't the +12 be around 12, etc?

is this about to blow up, or are they erroneous readings? do i need a new PSU?
 
I was only worried because I just did a 12v to 7v fan mod and thought it screwed the voltages up.

Just checked with the fan unplugged and same readings, so I guess I'm good.

HAHA, your computer wouldn't even start up it those number were true.
 
Use a meter.
One day motherboard makers will realize that people actually want voltage readings that are accurate and design the boards accordingly. Hasn't happened yet though 🙁
