voltage problem maybe?

ok i bought a brand new psu from shuttle, to rep[lace my old 22w which gave me 11 v on the 12v when i looked in pc wiz... i did this b/c i needed to power my new 7800gs as well. ok so im looking at pc wiz atm and the 12v still says 11v with a new psu too...

is this a big issue? i have alot of things plugged into this outlet mainly a printer, ubs scanner 2 monitors this computer and my bose companion 3's.... should i move some to other ports in the room or what... input would be nice =)
