On the specifications it always says 1.35/1.4 but mine always runs at 1.4 is there a way to change it to 1.35 so that it will emit less heat?
 
Change it in your bios?...

When I had a venice, I could run mine as low as 1.29v...

The reason why they put 1.35/1.4 is because some chips may require more on stock volts...
