Voltage on my cpu

😕 This is my first post i have been overclocking for sometime now. My question is why cant i change my cpu voltage ? My System specs a7v8x 2700 xp overclock 2.3 Mem 1 gb 2700 xms corsair. My current volagte is 1.8 i would like to bring it down to 1.7? Can you help me out
 
The only jumper listed for this board on asus website is the "overvolt jumper" near the cpu socket. I would also look for a "jumperfree mode" jumper on this board in the manual; my last asus board had this jumper, and it had to be set properly to access the bios settings. Read your manual carefully, and you should be able to adjust the voltage. I would download the manual and check for you, but my downloads are pretty slow.
 
Check in my manual i had the overvolt enable. I disable it and low and behold it lowerd my voltage to 1.7 lowerd my cpu temp also thanks for the help
