Voltage issues

I have an Antec True 550 PSU that I bought back when I was running a dual MP system with scsi drives. With that said don't jump on me saying there was no reason for buying it for my current setup because I know that.. It seems that some of my voltages are out of range and are disappointing considering the $130 PSU I have. :(

Here are the voltage ranges that I figured out at 5% tolerance. I heard somewhere that voltages are fine within this tolerance but correct me otherwise.
+3.3V = 3.135-4.465
+5V = 4.75-5.25
+12V = 11.4-12.6

My voltages are like this.
+3.3V is 2.97V
+5V is 4.57V
+12V is 11.71V

Here's my setup:
P4 3.0C
Abit AI-7
Kingston PC2700 1024MB (512x2) :(
Radeon 9600p
2 Raptor 36.7 GB (raid0 on LSIlogic Megaraid 150-2)
52X Sony CDROM

Here's some pics to show you what I'm running. Which isn't much.

What do you think? Any ideas why my voltages would be so low?

Thanks

Is it stable? If so dont worry, quite often a motherboards voltage monitoring can be off a bit in my experience.

Check the voltage switch on the back of the powersupply. Make sure its fully in the 120v selction--rather than 230v.

One time I had the same problem--granted with some stability issues--because I was running 240v and then went back to college and tried to use it on the 120v standard line.

Have you checked with a VOM ? Or do you really believe the sensor readings ? Last I looked, my sensors daid 11.5v, and my VOM said 12.01v. I trust my VOM..... (BTW I have an Antec true power 430)
