My VCore is set to 1.375V in the BIOS, and the BIOS monitor fluctuates between 1.344 and 1.368V. However, CPUz and Speedfan report lower voltages, usually around 1.3V at high load (Orthos). Which is correct?

Based on the CPUz readings, would it be safe to boost voltage a bit more in the BIOS to get a slightly higher OC? I have a feeling my chip might do 2.6+ with more voltage, especially since temps are improved from the recent lapping of both CPU IHS and Freezer 64. It did run at 2.8 semi-stable with 1.45V in the BIOS, so I'm wondering whether it would be safe to boost voltage in the BIOS to 1.5V (which would be around 1.4 as reported in CPUz).

i think the voltage reading reported in cpuz is generally the correct one alot of motherboards have voltage droop during overclocking or full load i think its pretty safe to up you voltage right now im running my 3600+ at 1.475 under bios and 1.5 in cpuz and its at 3ghz prime stable as long as its 12 hrs prime stable you should be pretty safe. my voltage is so high since i have watercooling btw...

Is it a Brisbane core? I guess I am lucky, my x2 3600 runs at 2.6 at 1.26V/1.28V (CBI / CPUz). Memory is at 427mhz over the default 400, 4-4-4-12 2.2V. Cheap Biostar mobo.

A safe daily voltage IMHO is 1.5V max, wouldn't go much higher without pretty good cooling. What are your temps at right now?

My temps are about 40 idle/50 load with my Freezer 64 Pro's fan speed at 50%. If I up the fan speed a bit then idle is mid-30s and load doesn't break 50.

And yeah I think my Brisbane is a bad sample...doesn't seem to have that affinity for clock speeds that many other Brisbanes seem to have.

AFAIK Brisbanes have that problem reading the temp correctly, so I have no clue what my temps are.
Is that the temp reported from a mobo sensor? Because coretemp tells me that my Brisbane cores are 12C , 5C, the Biostar utility tells me that under ~60% CPU usage I am 3-4F above room temp.

I can't get mine to go to 2650 at the low low voltage I run, so I am stuck at 2600. :(
