Voltage higher than normal?

Is having these voltages normal?
+3.3v 3.33v
+5v 4.85v
+12v 12.62v
The last one seems a little high for my comfort but I don't know if it would cause a problem. The power supply is a sparkle 350w that I've so far been impressed with.

if thats reading from a dmm then yes, your 12 is too high.

0.02V above ATX limits. Seeing that your 5V rail is kinda weak too, I'd recommend buying a new PSU.

I'd use a DMM first to check what the voltages really are, if you haven't already.
