Voltage Fluctuation on a MSI645/Northwood 1.6a

I have my voltage set on auto (detected cpu voltage) on my overclocked 1.6A however I have noticed that the voltage seems to fluctuate anywhere between 1.45 to 1.49 or so randomly. Is this normal or could it be that I have some kind of defect??? Cuz I really don't wanna damage my CPU! Thanks guys! Most of the time it's stuck at 1.47.... so essentially it isn't a big jump up or down but I'm curious if this is something that I should worry about. I'm pretty upset however at the fact that the temperature stays at a constant 49 degrees no matter what.

My MSI 645 voltage fluctuates too. Apparently it's normal with this board.
I wish it didn't but I don't think it will damage anything.

My MSI 845 ultra does it as well...

1.5v = 1.46-1.42v
1.65v = 1.58-1.52v

If I could get a bit more voltage being delivered I may be able to run 2.5ghz and make it through prime 95 longer then an hour...

I also have the voltage fluctuations, except its on the epox 4bda2+ .
Set at auto 1.5 , the acual is 1.45-1.50 voltage. Fluctuates up and down at random; but haven't had any problems. Does anyone know if the asus p4b266 does this also? Is it a bad thing or not, is the monitoring of the bios wrong? Isn't that what we want to know, maybe its the cpu's that cause this.

hmm i have the asus intel board p4b266-c...the voltage is usually measured to be running higher than what i've got it set as...for example 1.6 when it's set at 1.5? :\
