Voltage and FSB

I know that raising the voltage also raises the temps, but does just raising the FSB at stock Vcore also raise temps? is there a correlation here?

Yes, raising frequency raises temps, as does voltage.

To a certain extent, but it would probably be better defined as exponential.

Raising the FSB, without raising the vcore, gives you a pretty linear rise in temps. But, raising the FSB, while also raising the vcore, gives you an exponential rise in temps.
