Volkswagen W12 Supercar is already being shipped???

I wish to now express my willigness to commit a murder in return for that car.

Please e-mail me with a photocopy of your bank statement and the details of the person you wish eliminated.[/i] >>

It would be funny if this VW dealer located next to a Ferrari dealer. Haha...VW dealer gets more attention(head-turn) than Ferrari🙂

ah I got teary eyed, that forum had a scirocco section,
what an excellent car that was...1981 Storm.

Oh my gawd!! I'm such a huge VW fan and I hate the back end on this thing. It looks sort of like the front end of some late 70's Ford LTD with red covers over the headlights. Also, as much as I like VW, the whole concept seems silly. Volkswagon is a people car or car for the masses and the masses certainly won't be driving this one. Besides, the VW logo just doesn't look right on the body of this car. I agree totally that this should have been an Audi. The Auto Union rings would've looked cool on the body of this car.

What I would love to see is a road going version of the Le Mans series Audi R8. That is just a drop dead gorgeous car IMO. I'd love to see them offer something like a cross between the R8 and the roadgoing McLaren F1 with the Audi badging. That would be a Supercar...

Anyway..

While I also disagree with VW's future game plans, this car is inline with their goals. So badging it as a VW was the right choice.
Also, this is in the Netherlands, so don't expect to be seeing this car at your local dealer.

Looks pretty nice, though I am not crazy about the taillights or the roofline. I imagine this is just a mock-up, as I am almost positive these are not being shipped yet. I especially like those huge, charcoal-gray wheels!

I would love one so when you're out somewhere and some guy starts bragging about his Mustang 5.0 I can say my VW will outrun you.🙂
