Which *free* program is best for voip?

Can i call any phone? or voip phones only?

does it require a special voice recorder or can i use my headset?

my broadband is 384/128 is this good enough?

I think Gizmo is the best right now.

Yes, you can call any phone if you pay fees. Calling other computers is free though.

You can use your headset with a standard sound card.

i think skype is the free service..free means u can only call other users that also have voip. The one required for payment like vonage i believe then you have to pay but you can call anywhere in USA including puerto rico for free. correct me im wrong as i plan on buying vonage soon too. Theres also another voip thing comming out but instead of using a special modem like you would for vonage, they use the wireless connection in your house and it costs about as much as vonage i believe. Tmobil is going to have it i believe.
