Voicestream - Good/Bad?

BADBADBADBADBAD. Did I mention bad? Their customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered anywhere. My SIM died 2 weeks ago and they STILL havent resolved it. They Suck. Sprint PCS for me baby!
 
Hmm, in Hawaii they are excellent. I just recently switched over to Nextel because of the two-way capabilities. I had VStream for about two years. They were excellent in replacing my two broken phones that I broke on accident. Also the plan I had was 1000 anytime minutes meaning anytime day or night mon-sun, and 2000 weekend minutes starting from 11:59 pm Friday night all the way into Sunday night at 11:59 pm. Those 2000 weekend minutes were nationwide long distance minutes that I could use anywhere in the US. I never ever even came close to using 500 of those 2000. VStream rocked my socks, if you ask me.
 
Voicestream is BAD.

Switched my sister's plan to a plan with much lesser min before the contract was over. Plus, they didn't let my sister know about it until she got a gigantic bill....sucks huh?
 
i think voice stream is horrible in hawaii..

Bad recpetion in buildings etc.

And not to mention their service is over subscribed.

SPrint PCS for me also!
