Voice recognition software.

I have used Dragon's software 2 years back but had to spend alot of time correcting the resulting document.

This even after "training" sessions to minimize errors.

Has voice recognition software evolved to a point where it is acceptable?

If so, which software?

It's good enough for issuing commands but not good enough for transcription.

Plus, they've never solved the "To", "Too" and "Two" problem.

Yep. Both the Microsoft Speech SDK and Dragon offer an API. We were using an older version of Dragon and it was a bit quirky (we ended up using the MS system). I think the newer versions are acceptable.
