I need to know, does anyone know what the official job title is of someone who is

A handwriting expert

Keeps vital statistics, such as the births and deaths of a population

One who studies poisons and antidotes

These are some pretty high-profile answers...the only one I got was "person who writes or compiles a dictionary", the answer was lexicographer.
