VNC woes

i just installed VNC on my machine...i just switched back to winME because i was pissed at win2k always screaming at me about memory errors
but yeah, with winME now, VNC won't accept any connections, and i have no idea why. i would think it's my Zonealarm, but i gave VNC access to connect and it still won't work. i tried turning off zonealarm, and it doesn't work.
bleah.
...so winME isn't as i remember it to be! but it used to work before i switched to win2k and back to winME!
help?

You have the same ip address in both, meaning do you have a router pointing to the wrong ip perhaps?

i don't have a router, so i don't think that's the problem...my ip seems okay, i guess. not that i can figure out how it could be a 'bad' ip or anything.

so bored at work right now...need to vnc to home and goof around!!

nah, definitely not work 🙂

it's what all us college computer labbies do...just sit here, stare at monitor...vnc to home and just veg out some more..

everyone can connect to their comp except me..MEEE!! damn you, winMEEEEEEEE! DAMN YOU!
..i miss win2k already..but my CS game was going downhill, and now it's looking loverly. oh, the sacrifices one makes to have fun in CS...
