I've been using VNC for about 8 years now and my current configuration of connecting my laptop to another laptop which acts as an HTPC has been around for about 3 years so there's not much in the way of surprises.
However something's come up that I can't figure out.
For starters my local IP is 192.80.x.x, I've never seen it be anything but 192.168.x.x, is that something to be concerned about?
Also can't get into my Cisco router using 192.168.1.1/192.168.0.1, or the listed default gateway of 192.80.0.65.
With my HTPC laptop set up as it always has been and using the IPv4 address I can't connect to it all with VNC.
Any ideas?
I've resetted the router and restarted my computer many times.
