VNC Apps

I currently use Windows' Remote Desktop and RealVNC for remote access purposes. However, I've noticed when I connect with RealVNC, it seems to disable the desktop background for host computer. I would like to have the option to disable it or enable it much like RDC has. I'm sure there are other programs out there that offer this, but haven't looked into them just yet.

My question for you -- Have you tried any other remote access apps?
We use Norton PC Anywhere at work, but I personally have not played with it at all. Any feedback for any apps you know of would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That should be an option on the server configuration in RealVNC.

I know that option is there on Ultr@VNC which I use at work.

Easy enough. I thought I saw it somewhere, but assumed it would be on the client, not the server. Good call, ha. Thanks.
