hmm... my understanding is that I can set up a virtual machine sandbox & thorw in all crap to test it out before install on the acutal PC ?

it's awesome. i use it at work and home to run test boxes for linux/slackware/citrix/win2003.

most of the help is on their site and newsgroups
 
I run it on my Linux laptop to run some Windows 2000 apps like Kazaa =D.

I believe one of the new features is a freeze state that you can always go back to. You pick a day to freeze at and you can always go back to the configuration it was at, great for testing viruses and stuff I guess 😉
