VMWare - why is it so slow sometimes inside the VM ?

I am running the VM off a SSD.

It is Windows 10 Pro I gave it 4 GB.

I have 32 GB of ram.

Are you talking about ESXi or VMware Workstation?

Host has 32GB and guest Win10 got 4GB, right?

Start Task Manager, click Performance tab, then click Open Resource Monitor, then check CPU, or disk is slowing down the machine. Sometime it's host machine's CPU or disk's usage causing problem.
