Yes and No. Yes it can physically, but the EULA prevents it IIRC. Only Vista Business and Vista Ultimate can be virtualized, though i am not sure about virtualizing a bootcamp install. As far as Vista is concerned, it is all new hardware so the activation daemon gets crazy.
