Does it offer dynamic use kind of like Parallels in Mac?

I would like it so I don't have to click and my mouse is devoted to the VM machine and I have to press CTRL ALT or whatever to get out of it.

I want to run Vista Business, then Windows Server 2003 in a VM.
 
You've been able to move in and out of a VM without clicking for ages as long as the VMWare tools are installed in the guest.
