I'm running w2k/pro.
I have 1 20 gig HDD with 3 partitions.
I have 384 megs of ram.
Please tell me what to set the min/max to and which partition to put it on.

just put ur swap on the hd with the most space... leave the min as is and set the max to the recommended. (usually 1.5x ram, but win2k will decide by itself)
