ViVo with TV

Hi,

I had a question about ViVo cards.

If I buy a vivo video card. I just connect my TV out from the TV to it and it will work? No settings need to be adjusted? Generally in monitors ... we shift the screen a bit to the right , up and down . scale it in size etc. How would it be on a tv? Also does the audio remain to the PC or can I also put the audio into the tv?
