I am thinking about getting a geforce 4 Ti 4600 with VIVO. I was wondering if I can connect the vivo connection to my TV and record show off of the tv in my room? Thanks.
 
Yes. At least, I can with my ATI VIVO card. I actually have a WebTV box acting as the tuner instead of a whole TV, but the result is the same. I watch TV on my computer screen and can record whatever I watch.
 
I am thinking of getting either the gainward ti4600 or the visiontek ti4600....which one has the better capture program?
 
Sorry for the numerous posts...but I just looked at the back of my tv and I don't see a video out....how am I suppose to capture the video?
 
Well if your TV doesn't have video out, then you're probably SOL. The source has to come from somewhere. Do you have a VCR that you can plug in instead of a TV?
