I just picked up a refurb Raddy 9000 w/VIVO (not an AIW), and I've got a couple of questions:

Can I use this card to import video from a VCR (and hopefully audio, too) to record and then create a VCD? If I can, I assume that I will need some kind of video capture software. Is there a decent capture program that is either freeware, or relatively inexpensive?

since its a refurb, the software ati normally includes is a special "ati edition" of pinnacle studio 8, which IMO is a great capture/edit software. And yes, you can import a vhs movie.
