VIVO quality in Geforce Ti4200

I heard that the Leadtek Geforce4 Ti4200 has bad TV-out and below average Video-In quality, is it true? Because I would like to use Vivo for DVD, game, digital camera(CCD), and burn VHS to VCD. Any one can give me any advice on which Ti4200 card has better image quality as in VIVO?

I don't know about video-in, but I know my Siluro's out is OK. However, it is nothing compared to any ATI AIW or a Hollywood Plus. If you want Vivo, get a separate card (I can't say anything good about AIW cards)
