Got back from Vegas last night. Interesting things happened. A drunk chick stumbled into the street and hit my cab while it was driving in the right lane, my friend won 400 without knowing how, I won 430 on roulette, I saw a huge black guy throwing a fit outside of Caesar's at a security guard because he got kicked out of Pure, some drunk guy that was lost on the strip suddenly took a bunch of those stripper flyers from those people standing on the street making clicking noises and began to do it with them...but obviously, the most important thing was the BUFFET!!!!!!!!
Plate one - Shrimp pesto pizza, prime rib (with horseradish FTW), eggs benedict, mahi mahi, salmon, halibut, seafood ceviche.
Plate two - Lamb, prime rib, mahi mahi, sirloin, cocktail shrimp, chicken noodle.
Sorry, forgot to take a pic of plate three, but there was prime rib and some other stuff.
Plate four - More primb rib and some amazing pasta with alfredo.
Desserts! - flan, mixed berries, chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce.
Tax and tip combined, brunch buffet is $28. Friday and Saturday dinners (gourmet) I think were $33.95 before tax and tip.
edit:
Went to Vegas again and hit up the gourmet dinner night. Made prettier plate arrangements this time:
Plate one - Kobe beef (totally wack), prime rib, Chilean sea bass (disappointing), shrimp scallop mussel scampi, crab leg, chicken noodle
Plate two - Beef Wellington, mahi mahi, Chilean sea bass, buffalo, prime rib, salmon sushi, shrimp scampi, creme brulee.
The other plates weren't as pretty, so no pics of those.
Also had an AWESOME French onion soup from the Augustus Cafe at Caesar's Palace.
