Vitamins

I have a friend of mine who's mother is in dire need of some calcium pills, the only thing is that where they live it's nearly 5 times as expensive then it is here in the states, she is very picky and must have a certain brand. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any restrictions if I was to send her them through UPS/FedEx, if there will be conflicts (They live in Indonesia). I will be going to see my friend next summer and if I can't ship them I wanted to know if I could just carry them with me (about a year or 2 supply of them) in my checked baggage.

These are OVER THE COUNTER vitamins, nothing behind.

Why can't she eat food that's rich in calcium?

Hell, if she's desperate, she can crush oyster shells into powder and mix that with her food.

She does that, her doctor still says that she needs to take more..

When I think of brand loyalty I automatically think of my favorite generic over the counter calcium.
