geez..why are you guys giving him a hard time. i for one, dont know any C#, so i would defeinitely not pay $2500 for a copy of vs.net enterprize arch. So naturally, i borrowed my coworkers MSDN collection and installed a bunch of junk from it, so i can learn C#.

Well, in his first post, he just said that he "got" it. I have a friend that also has the MSDN collection, but he didn't say that in his first post. I got VS. NET Pro from my University. Actually, SharkySimo never said where he got it anyway.

It does seem odd to buy Visual Studio Enterprise Architect and not know how to use it or code... Most people start up with freeware compilers. :p

Did you get the Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Architect?
I'm just saying that it's questionable to ask questions about a $2,500 software program on a public forum instead of calling Microsoft and asking them.

Permit me to kindly explain what an idiot you are. You don't have VS .NET Enterprise Architect from your school. You know what they say-- an assumption like yours is made by an ass with too much gumption.

i call shens ... noone buys 2500 dollar dev. package w/o knowing how to even use it.

I have VS .NET 2K3 Academic from my school (for free mind you) and I have some old MSDN cds (circa 2k2... useless for .NET really). But whatever man, if the guy got a warez copy of it, more power to him. He'll learn the technology, get a job working it and make ms more money than the 2500 dollar price tag. We all know that everyone on AT has bought every single application on their pc
