I am trying to re-install Vista using the disk I got with my notebook. I get to the system recovery options as my main user, but it requires that I get on with ADMIN account. I never set an Admin account, and this is my own personal laptop. What could the password be?

If there are no other admin accounts on the system, the administrator account should work in safe mode, and I believe it has a blank password. But if there are any other admin accounts on the system, the administrator account is disabled, even in safe mode. If you don't know the username and password for any other admin account on the system, you're hosed.

But if you didn't create one, the administrator account should work.

I never created one, so How do I go about re-installing then?
