Vista x64 + HDD Health

I have two systems, both running Vista x64. In one of them, let's call it computer "A", it's running three hard drives, and one of them may be dying. Nothing has actually gone wrong, but I hear a scary clunking sound now and then. Trying to see if anything was popping up, error-wise, I installed HDD Health which I used back in my XP days. It won't show the drives at all.

So, I installed it on my other PC (two drives) and it works fine.

So, back on PC "A" I made sure SMART was enabled in the BIOS and rebooted. Still no love. Any ideas? Oh, and I also installed HD Tune on both, with same results on both. No drives on "A", works fine on "B".
