Vista Ultimate DVD Image?

Before I even start to ask my question, let me make it clear that I am NOT trying to pirate this OS. My school offers Vista Ultimate upgrade for $24, which I bought this week. However, to cut costs, they didn't include the 64-bit version like they do with XP. Does Microsoft offer a way to download the 64-bit version on their website. I'm willing to pay for it as long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Also, is there a way to put the files checked by the install on the DVD so that I don't have to insert the XP disc during install? I wanted to use vLite to integrate everything so that the install is fully automated. I'm sure I could download a bootleg version of the 64-bit DVD, but I would rather go through legit channels.

1. Supposedly MS offers a 64-bit verstion of "currently owned 32-bit OS for a small S&H fee"
2. You don't 'insert XP disc' during Vista install. If you are upgrading an MS Windows has to be already installed. Good thing, as you might have read before, this currently installed OS includes vista, so you can upgrade vista that has not been activated to the same vista...
3. Vlite is good. You can automate the install pretty well.

I take it there is nobody at your school you can go to for a copy of the media?

It's been a while since I worked for a school, but when I did our helpdesk would frequently burn copies of Windows/Office to CD for students/staff who had purchased licenses at the student store.

Technically MS does not have to offer it to you as you bought like an OEM / Upgrade version of Vista

Below if from MS Site:
