Vista reinstall/install error

Ok my PC is totally flippin. The regular vista is slow and I cant do anything and will eventually turn into BSOD. Next safe mode, this runs fine but regularly freezes and bsods. So, I want to just straight up reformat and reinstall. Heres the problem, for some wierd reason when I boot from the vista disk it just sits at the loading screen forever. So I boot into Vista safe mode, and load the vista disk and proceed to install it. Everything seems ok then like halfway through the installation I get BSOD (0x0000006b). I just cant get it to install or reinstall. Vista was workin fine for about a year now its pooped. I was able to backup all my data with BartPe. Is there anything I can do to get this to install?
