Vista QoS packet scheduler

Im having a hard time finding exactly what this does. Ive read a few forums (via Google search) that recommend turning it off, but I dunno. ANANTECH usually has pretty knowledgable peeps so wanna run it by you guys.

QoS is not really important for a computer. I'd get a router that featured it instead if you want to prioritize bandwidth.

It takes a fraction of a second to uncheck and turn it Off.

Try it, if you gain any real (or imaginary) advantage, why Not? It only takes the same fraction of a second to turn it On.

In regular peer-to-peer home Network it would not make a difference On or Off.
