Vista Print Sharing Error

I have VIsta Business on my storage server and Vista Ultimate on this machine. I have a HP PSC4180 installed and working fine on the Business computer. I have file/printer sharing enabled correctly, but I'm having issues.

Whenver I try to connect to the printer from my ultimate machine, it tells me that "WINDOWS CANNOT CONNECT TO THE PRINTER. THE SPECIFIED PRINT MONITOR IS UNKNOWN"

I also receive this error in the past trying to share a printer that was installed on XP Pro onto a vista machine.

I have tried to share it by going through Network, right clicking on the printer and chosing connect, and by "adding a printer"

create a local port and map that port to the network address of the printer.

add printer, local printer, and then on the bottom choose local port.

Try turning UAC off and then reconnecting to the printer. If it works, then turn UAC back on and check you can still print.
