Not yet on WU AFAIK; you'll have to download them from MS's website.

BIOS - in power options switch to S3 from S1

It's already on S3. Standby works fine right for a while right after a fresh boot. I'm thinking it's some hardware or program I have that stops standby from working after it is initiated.
