Hi All,

I upgraded my laptop to Vista about a month ago. Vista seems fine except one problem. Whenever I start Outlook/Word/Excel, the EULA screen pops up every single time and I have to click the "Agree" button. Its not a big deal, just annoying. I had XP MCE on the laptop before with the same copy of Office 2003 Standard Edition and never had this problem before.

Im using legit software, no warez and both Vista and Office have been activated and are fully updated.

Anybody know how to get rid of this damn EULA screen?

Thanks for any help.

SYMPTOMS
Every time that you start a Microsoft Office program, such as Microsoft Office Word, the End User License Agreement dialog box appears. If you click I Accept, the End User License Agreement dialog box disappears and then reappears. If you click I Accept again, the End User License Agreement dialog box disappears, and the Office program functions as expected.

5. Click Users (Computer_name\Users), and then click to select the Allow check box for the Full Control permission.
